Richland’s cashier window accepts tuition payments in the form of cash, checks, credit cards, money orders and sponsorships/third party billings.

Student ID cards are issued through The Office of Student Life located in El Paso Hall, room E034. You must provide a paid tuition receipt in order to receive your student ID card. Your first student ID card is free. Replacement cards are $10.00 each and must be paid for at the cashier windows in Thunderduck Hall.
Beginning January 1, 2017, eligible credit and continuing education students will be able to ride DART for free using the DART GoPass Program. For full details please visit www.dcccd.edu/GoPass.
Richland College will no longer sell DART Local Monthly Passes. We will continue to sell DART Paratransit Passes, as that service is not part of the DART GoPass Program. Paratransit Passes are $30.00 per booklet and available to the general public.
Check with cashier for availability. We do not accept checks for the purchase of DART passes. All DART pass sales are final and non-refundable.

TSI Assessment tests are administered through the Richland College Testing Center located in Medina Hall, room M105. Students must pay at the cashier windows in Thunderduck Hall prior to taking the test(s). A Referral Form must be filled out and presented to the cashier at the time of payment. Campus citations can be paid for at the Richland cashier’s window.
Justice of the Peace citations cannot be paid for on campus. Follow the directions on the citation.
