Hospitality & Front Desk Certificate
The Hospitality & Front Desk Certificate program is designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary to work in the Hospitality Industry as Front Desk Personnel, one of the top growing industries in the Dallas area. Whether you are new to the hospitality industry or you are currently working within the industry and want to move up into the Front Desk area, these courses will get you started on your career.
Dependent on course offerings students may complete the entire program in approximately two semesters. Course offerings may vary by semester.

*Important Note About Concurrent Courses:
Students may be enrolled in identified credit programs on a non-credit enrollment basis. Concurrent enrollment students earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) rather than college credit for attending class and are expected to complete all required assignments and testing. Continuing Education seats are limited in concurrent classes.
**Note About The Customer Service course:
Students who successfully complete this course will also be eligible to receive a Texas Friendly Hospitality Certificate which is offered through Texas A & M.
