The DiSC® Personal Profile System (PPS) will help you understand yourself, your colleagues, and others while reducing conflict and improving relationships. The Personal Profile System’s DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior model identifies and groups behavior in four easy-to-understand areas:

Achieve Global®

As the leading provider in AchieveGlobal® training in Texas, Richland College can help you invest in your company’s greatest asset – its employees. Using a variety of specially designed, award-winning training modules, Achieve Global® course content addresses issues critical to the value systems of companies. Employees and managers are taught Key Actions to address workplace issues on topics such as "Resolving Conflicts Within Your Team", "Developing Others", and "The Principles and Qualities of Genuine Leadership". Modules are 4 hours in length and can be purchase individually or as a System. Every module is facilitated by an Achieve Global® certified trainer.


Through DDI®, the college can offer your company proven tools to assess employee interpersonal skills, build leadership qualities, improve team performance, and create a customer-focused service environment. DDI® courses such as "Communicating with Impact" and "Embracing Change" help managers power-up their leadership skills. Workforce training modules like "Working as a High Performance Team" and "Valuing Differences" improve communication and team performance.
